Notice of Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before adding or replacing a Subprocessor that processes customer content. Enterprise customers receive notice by email; other users may subscribe to notifications via prescene.com/legal/subprocessors-notify (or check this page for updates).

Customers under an active Data Processing Addendum may object to a new Subprocessor on reasonable, data-protection-related grounds within 30 days of notice by emailing privacy@prescene.ai.

Data Protection Commitments

Every Subprocessor is bound by a written agreement that requires data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our DPA, including confidentiality, security, and limitations on use of customer data. We monitor Subprocessors' compliance through standard vendor management processes including periodic review of their security and privacy posture.

Intra-Group Affiliates

We may also share customer data with our wholly-owned affiliates, if any, under intra-group agreements. At present, AI Labs Inc. has no operating affiliates.
