# Prescene > Prescene is the AI for screenplays. Prescene knows your scripts. From one screenplay to a full series, every character, scene, and version stays connected. Prescene reads scripts and builds durable working knowledge of the film or series behind them. Inside Prescene you can analyze screenplays; ask grounded questions; compare drafts; follow characters, plotlines, and arcs across episodes; run AI script or series coverage; create editable documents and tables with workflows; and write in a free screenplay editor. Paid plans add AI usage and let you add scripts to your Library. Assisted MCP and API integrations are available for studios and partners. Scripts are private by default and are not used to train AI models. ## Core products - [AI screenplay analysis](https://prescene.com/screenplay-analysis): Source-grounded analysis of screenplay scenes, characters, locations, relationships, structure, and versions. Analysis becomes reusable story context for coverage, questions, comparisons, and workflows. - [AI script coverage](https://prescene.com/coverage): A report with a logline, synopsis, scorecard, revision priorities, and feedback tied to specific scenes. Complete scripts may receive a verdict and ranking. In-progress scripts receive scores that can change as pages are added. AI script coverage starts at $49/mo and is included with Plus, Pro, and Max. - [Television series](https://prescene.com/series): One living series read that follows characters, plotlines, story arcs, progression, and tension across every analyzed episode. The report deepens as episodes are added and can be updated against the prior read. - [Version comparison](https://prescene.com/version-comparison): Compare screenplay revisions by their story consequences while preserving every source version and the work created from it. - [Screenplay editor](https://prescene.com/editor): A free, browser-based professional screenplay editor with formatting, autosave, checkpoints, standard imports and exports, and an optional story-aware writing assistant powered by paid-plan AI usage. Drafts live in Editor, separate from the Library, and do not count toward script limits. - [Workflows](https://prescene.com/workflows): Ready-made and custom processes that turn analyzed scripts, series, and seasons into durable finance plans, production schedules, character breakdowns, documents, tables, and reports. Results can be edited, versioned, and exported to Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, PDF, CSV, or text according to artifact type. Built-in workflows are included with every paid plan; Pro and Max can build and run custom workflows. - [Finance Plan](https://prescene.com/finance-plan): An editable first-pass production-cost scenario with optional target ranges, tier-anchored ATL, BTL, post, assumptions, cost drivers, savings opportunities, incentives, and risk flags grounded in the analyzed screenplay. It is not a locked production budget or a film-funding plan. - [Shooting Schedule](https://prescene.com/shooting-schedule): An editable, stripboard-ready first pass that groups screenplay scenes into shoot days by location, cast, time of day, pages, and production demands for an assistant director or production team to refine. - [Shot List](https://prescene.com/shot-list): An editable first-pass camera coverage table organized by scene and beat, with shot size, movement, coverage type, camera description, and production notes for a director and DP to refine. - [Collaboration](https://prescene.com/collaboration): Organization, team, permission, artifact, history, and source-version capabilities for shared screenplay work. - [Integrations](https://prescene.com/integrations): Google Drive import and Workspace exports, plus configured MCP and API deployments for supported assistants and studio systems. - [Studios and teams](https://prescene.com/studios): Slate-level story intelligence, custom workflows, teams, SSO, invoicing, and connected deployments for film and television companies. ## Plans and pricing - [Plans and pricing](https://prescene.com/pricing): Plus is $49/month for up to 10 scripts and includes AI usage.
